Advancing Caribbean knowledge, impact, and excellence across disciplines – connecting ideas, people, and possibilities globally.
About this Event

The Society of Caribbean Academics (SOCA), in collaboration with the Management Inquiry Group (MIG), University of Greenwich, invites scholars, practitioners, and advocates to participate in the Caribbean Research Conference 2026.

This conference is dedicated to advancing Caribbean knowledge, impact, and excellence across disciplines, creating a vibrant space to connect ideas, people, and possibilities across the Caribbean and its global diaspora.

We aim to connect scholars and advocates working across diverse fields to:

  • Showcase cutting-edge research and practice
  • Amplify Caribbean voices and perspectives
  • Foster interdisciplinary dialogue
  • Build meaningful collaborations and partnerships

More than just an event, this conference part of a wider movement to elevate Caribbean scholarship, strengthen connections across the diaspora, and drive meaningful impact across sectors and disciplines.

This event is free to attend and will take place at the University of Greenwich campus and, in hybrid format, online via Microsoft Teams.
