This July, we're bringing the flavors and rhythms of the Caribbean to the terrace at Rollins Mansion. 🌴
Join us on Sunday, July 26 for a Caribbean Hog Roast in partnership with Palms DSM, Crème Bakery, Good Butcher, and Leradee and The Positives.
The evening begins at 4:30 PM with live reggae music, yard games, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for gathering with family and friends. Dinner will be served at 5:30 PM and will feature a Caribbean-inspired hog prepared by some of Des Moines' favorite local culinary partners.
Leradee and the Positives will perform live reggae throughout the evening from 4:30–8:00 PM, creating the perfect soundtrack for a summer night on the terrace.
