For all existing unpaid carers who are interested in supporting, representing and voicing the needs and rights of carers in the Borders.
On February 27th we will be meeting with David Mills (Adult Social Work Group Manager) who is working collaboratively with Ability Borders to review the current Physical Disability Strategy. When reviewing a strategy, the Scottish Borders Health and Social Care Partnership are required to invite communities and people who experience inequality to participate in the associated Equality and Human Rights Impact Assessment. This to ensure that their views influence and inform the outcome of the review.
