Carer Support Group: Walk and Talk (Maroochydore)

Come and meet other carers while we take in the benefits of a leisurely walk, with our weekly Walk and Talk Group. This gentle 1½-hour meetup offers a warm and welcoming space to unwind, connect, and take time for ourselves. Each week, we’ll explore a new topic—from managing stress and boosting social connection to finding balance, celebrating wins, and discovering small ideas that can make caring feel a little lighter.

This group will be held over 6 weekly sessions from 1pm - 3pm on Mondays starting 23rd February, 2026. Please note there will be no session on Monday 2nd March due to the group facilitator being on leave.

Meeting point will be outside of the Aldi supermarket on Flinders Lane. We recommend bringing sun protection, water and comfortable shoes. Participants will also have the option of a relaxing coffee catch-up after the walk.
