Carer Support Group (Caloundra)

The Wellways Carer Gateway In-Person Peer Support (IPPS) program provides an opportunity for you to meet other people who are also caring for a family member or friend. Together, we will share knowledge and experience in a supportive setting while also strengthening skills in communication, making and maintaining connections, stress management, sleep, and recharging and reconnecting.

Sessions will be held fortnightly from 10am - 12pm on Tuesdays starting from 7th April, 2026. Carers are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience.
