Need support understanding or navigating Services Australia (Centrelink)?

Join us in the Katoomba Hub for free face-to-face support with a Services Australia representative. Carers can access individual support and guidance with things such as:

• MyGov setup and linking
• Navigating online services
• Understanding payments and enquiries
• Accessing and updating information
• General support with Services Australia systems

This session offers practical, personalised support in a welcoming and supportive space, helping Carers feel more confident accessing services, asking questions, and getting the support they need.

Please note: These sessions are especially for people who provide unpaid care to family members or friends, as recognised under the National Carer Recognition Act. This means the sessions are not suitable for paid carers, support workers or service providers, unless you also provide care for someone personally outside of your professional role.
