Hosted by Clay Veterans Center Family Support Program. 12-2pm at Fleming Island Library, free to attend, lunch is provided. Please rsvp. Military affiliation required: open to veterans who are caring for someone in their family or caregivers of a veteran! Please reach out if you need help providing coverage for your care recipient, there may be an option for that. (Group open to caregivers only please) This meeting specifically we will have a guest speaker and be covering home health care and navigating the holidays while caring for a loved one!
