About PACE: The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides comprehensive medical and social services to frail, community-dwelling seniors, offering an alternative to nursing home care. It uses an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, covering Medicaid/Medicare services like adult day care, dentistry, home care, and transportation.
