Care for the Caregiver: Well-Being Workshop Series is a four-week program designed to support caregivers through Harvard’s Pillars of Brain Health. Each 90-minute session offers practical, research-based strategies to enhance cognitive vitality while nurturing personal well-being. Participants will explore yoga and mindfulness for stress reduction, learn brain-boosting nutrition approaches, engage in stimulating brain aerobics activities, and build meaningful social connections through team-based experiences. Mindfulness practices are woven throughout the series, creating a calming, supportive environment that encourages self-care and resilience. Each session includes gentle movement, nutritious refreshments, and time for questions and discussion. Caregivers will leave with realistic tools they can apply daily to strengthen brain health, reduce stress, and connect more deeply with themselves and their community.
