Caregiver Connections: Support Group for Loved Ones with Memory Loss
Second Tuesday of the Month • Noon
As a caregiver, you know just how tough and isolating the experience can be, especially when the person you are caring for has Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia. While no book or training can fully prepare you to be a caregiver, we can learn from each other’s experiences, share strategies and be supported. Bring your loved one to our community to enjoy an activity with our team while you learn more about how to navigate this journey. It will enrich their lives - and yours.
At Caregiver Connections you can expect:
• Helpful resources and support
• Open discussion to share experiences
• Opportunities to ask for advice
