Transferable Skills: Explore costumer service, communication, and time management skills. Learn the key concepts that can help you handle difficult customer interactions successfully. Learn how to improve and use your communication skills in the workplace. Learn how to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle! Time management is focused on planning and exercising mindful control on time spent on tasks.
