This series of workshops is designed to serve individuals and leaders with a framework for assessing themselves and their career development, help participants build self-awareness, identify core strengths and skills, and develop effective career strategies. Drawing on years of organizational experience and proven facilitation methods, this program will provide structured guidance to participants.

This can help both individual professionals and managers or team leaders for their teams, towards a vision for career growth and development.

· Development of personal value proposition

· Creation of individualized vision and development plan
