Join Heartland Hospice for an informative session designed to help individuals and families better understand hospice care - what it is, when it's appropriate, and how it can support patients and loved ones facing a life-limiting illness. This session will provide an overview of hospice philosophy, services offered, eligibility requirements, and the delivery of care at home, in facilities, or in inpatient settings.
A knowledgeable and experienced team from Heartland Hospice will discuss the emotional, spiritual, and medical support available through hospice, answer frequently asked questions, and address common misconceptions.
