Improv for Caregivers blends therapeutic techniques with improvisational comedy to help you cultivate ease, joy, and flexibility in your caregiving journey.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll:

• Gain insight into shifting perspectives in dementia care
• Learn tools to navigate challenging moments with more ease
• Reduce stress and rediscover moments of joy
