Care Package Workshop with Mid-Dep Self-Care

Are you preparing for deployment? Or are you currently experiencing one as a Spouse or Significant other? Join this workshop to learn how active self-care is so vital in having a successful deployment. Be proactive and apply this knowledge before it begins! Or if you are looking for new ways to thrive, come! You'll meet other families who get what you are going through, connect, and share best practices that will help you now and for a lifetime.

During this workshop you will also have the opportunity to decorate a special care package for your Service Member. USPS boxes, cut outs and craft supplies will be provided but please feel free to bring any cute additions you'd like on your box!

Must have base access. Base sponsorship is not provided.
