Care of Creation: Volunteer Workday

Volunteer Workday Opportunities in 2024 are:

Saturdays: March 16th, May 11th, July 20th, September 14th, November 16th

Sundays: April 14th, June 9th, August 11th, October 5th, December 8th

- We'll work on projects together from 10 AM - 3 PM

- Bring a sack lunch...we'll take an hour lunch break

- All Tools and Equipment will be provided...but feel free to bring your own if you prefer

Tasks will differ from season-to-season but usually include: seasonal gardening, trail maintenance, chopping wood, clearing brush, and maintenance of facilities

And there's a bonus! Following the workday, you're invited to stay to get to know each other and Penuel Ridge better.

We'll have planned activities such as enjoying a crackling fire at the Fire Circle, star-gazing at Lake Joyce, experiencing guided meditation in our scared space “The Well,” or engaging in contemplative activities together.
