Looking for Volunteers! Wednesday July 2nd from 10am to 2:30pm.
Heads-up…. Hopefully early enough to ask for the day-off 😊
We need volunteers to assist at the event. We will decorate, set-up and clean-up. We are mainly thinking a minimum of Four will plan to grill, four will assemble plates of food and four will pass out the drinks and desserts. Obviously, volunteers may also dance and socialize with our members as well. A waiver will be needed by all volunteers.
Please text me back with a firm commitment ounce you are able to confirm you got the day-off from work or free from your usual.
Minimum age for volunteers is 14.
Here is a breakdown of the event:
10 AM – 11:30 AM – Volunteers arrive at 10 AM to begin setting up the area, tables, stations, etc.
11:30 AM – 1 :30 PM – Party Time; Prepare and pass food, drinks, desserts & giveaways. Raffle around 12:45 PM.
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM – Clean up
RSVP to receive PDF of release form to sign and additional details. Note: if you rsvp and you do not get a confirmation, release form and additional details… please reach out to Patty with a text to get your confirmation.
