This session will look at the key areas affecting mental health in young people today: common conditions with signs and symptoms, signposting, key challenges faced by young people, starting a conversations etc

Safe Space – Your Voice, Your Challenges

This final session will be a dedicated safe space to talk collectively about the challenges faced by health professionals in this specialist setting: what additional support would you like to see to support you in your role, what are your training needs, are there gaps in your skills and knowledge?

This Care Inspectorate training, under the HLTH Group & Fettes College partnership, is tailored specifically for medical teams across the Independant Scottish Schools network.

❓ Why Should My Team Attend?

HLTH Group & Fettes College are working together to tackle the growing isolation and lack of support experienced in medical teams across Independent Scottish Schools. As a result of this, all delegates who attend training under this partnership, will be admitted into our new HLTH Scotland Network. A platform created to build a community of professionals, a safe space to ask for help, and an open forum to share best practice.

Our primary focus will always remain ensuring that the best training, guidance and support is available for medical teams across the Independent Scottish School network.
