We would like to invite in our local community and neighbours for an afternoon tea here at Branksome Heights. The theme for this years care home open week is about building community connections so we thought what better way to invite the public in for national cream tea day.
Come and join us between 2-4pm for a chance to meet our residents and team, explore the home and grounds and of course scones and cream.
