Hello all - I will be looking to start back up a Saturday morning Cardio Tennis clinic at 10-11am at KHS. Please reply back with "Yes" if you can make this weekend Sat Aug 18. Cost is $20 pp. No tennis experience needed and it’s a great workout you can do at your own speed with tennis specific movements incorporated.
