We’re teaming up with a fantastic local PT to bring you a session designed with you in mind. Benefits include boosting cardiovascular health, building confidence, and making real social connections.
💬 Our recent consultation with residents told us you wanted something additional to our current Zumba or Thai chi … it had to be friendly, low-cost, accessible, high energy and inclusive… so we made it happen!
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a fitness regular, this class is fun, stress-busting, and tailored to your pace. Last week’s circuits were scaled for all levels, so no one gets left behind, you do you! 💪
So far, most of our regulars have been ladies, but this class is for everyone, so if you’ve ever felt too shy or “not fit enough” to try, think again. This is a safe, welcoming space to move, laugh, and feel amazing.
