Join us for a weekly POP UP CARDIO KICKBOXING CLASS at the back of Kalimarmaro Stadium in Athens city centre.
ALL EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED.
BOOKING ESSENTIAL AS SPACES ARE LIMITED.
We'll beat the heat and train early, classes starting at 8:15am and lasting for 1 hour.
Cost per class is €12
What to expect?
A fun packed High Intensity workout. Kicking shields and punching hand mitts is an incredible way to get fit, tone your body and discover what your body is capable of, you will be suprised!
Coach Lil will ensure that you workout within your means, with her 17 years of experience of boxing and kickboxing and her diploma in Personal Training, Coach Lil can guide you in the positive direction you desire.
Coach Lil is the owner and head coach of Tribe Club, Marousi.
