To participate in Cardio for a Cause, participants must:
1.Commit to raising a minimum of £200 for one of Your Hearts and Minds' fundraising priorities:
Supporting children and young people
Supporting people living with physical or mental illness, and addiction or with a learning disability
Supporting research in our communities to drive improvements in health
Supporting patients who are at the end of their lives
Promoting education and learning of RDaSH staff, peers, partners and patients.
2. Attend functional fitness training sessions twice a week. Twice weekly training starts the week commencing 24/03/25.
3.Take part in a functional fitness exhibition (Date to be confirmed).
