Cardio Drumming Class Description
Cardio Drumming is a fun and energizing fitness class that combines exercise balls, drumsticks, and buckets for a full-body workout like no other! Think of it as the perfect blend of cardio, HIIT, and dance, designed to keep you moving, motivated, and having a blast.
In this class, you'll jam out to 8 unique routines, with 2 short breaks to catch your breath before jumping back in. Get ready to drum to your favorite tunes, including hits from Bruno Mars, Queen, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, and many more.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, and you’re guaranteed a great workout while having loads of fun. No experience required—just bring your energy and get ready to drum, sweat, and smile!
All equipment provided, including your exercise ball and drumsticks.
