In honor of Veteran’s Day, please join us for a special Cardio Dance Party to benefit H.O.O.A.H. WI. Your $10 donation will go to this non-profit organization to support their mission to “eliminate suicide with a proactive approach to the overall wellness of service members, veterans and their support systems through programs and certified professionals.”
Cardio Dance is a choreographed, aerobic dance workout featuring pop, hip hop, and world music. This class is recommended for ages 16+. Registration is required and space is limited.
