Cardio Crew

Come Join us for a one hour Thursday afternoon Cardio Class. Enjoy Cardio with people who used to hate Cardio but have learned to really enjoy it. If weather permits, we could be going outside for a light jog through Maplewood park or using the cardio machines inside or doing cardio stations with some light weights.
Children under 18 are welcome with parent/guardian supervision.
