Jarling's Custard Cup for a fun 45-minute full-body workout.
The cost for the class is $10 (paid via Venmo (Ali-kreider) or at the door) & includes a post-class single dip cup or cake cone.
Please fill out the Google form to claim your spot.
And, bring your own water bottle & a mat/towel as there will be some work done on the ground.
