Cardio & Weights
A combination of fun and fitness increases cardio and muscular endurance. Class includes a cardio workout and a strength workout to help maximize your time while burning calories and increasing strength. There is no set format, every class is different. Modifications are offered, so you can match your fitness level.

Nonmembers can sign up for a drop-in class
Registration for both members and nonmembers opens 3 days before class( Sign up starts Sunday at 10:30 am for this class)
