Our journey begins in the heart of the city at our meeting point, the iconic Cardiff Castle. Here, your cycle lead will introduce you to over 2,000 years of history before we set off on safe, easy cycle routes.

We’ll follow scenic paths down towards Cardiff Bay, one of Europe’s most exciting waterfront developments. Enjoy panoramic views as we cycle across the impressive Barrage, a unique stretch with sweeping sea views on one side and the tranquil bay on the other. It’s a flat and traffic-free section ideal for relaxed riding and photo stops.

Midway through the ride, we’ll stop at the popular waterfront café Coffi Co, where you can enjoy an included hot or cold drink. Take a moment to soak in the bay atmosphere, chat with your group, and recharge for the return journey.

We’ll cycle back into the city centre, passing the world-famous Principality Stadium, home of Welsh rugby and a landmark of modern Cardiff. Your lead will share stories of legendary matches, concerts, and events that have shaped the city’s vibrant culture.
