Cardboard Cruiser Make Day

Get ready for Summer Movie on the Green: Wheels and Reels by building your own cardboard car at Spiva! Kids are invited to join us on Sunday, June 14, 2-4pm for a hands-on make day where they can design and decorate a cardboard cruiser to enter in the Wheels & Reels Cardboard Cruiser Contest on Thursday, June 18.

Spiva will provide cardboard and basic art materials. Participants are welcome to bring additional recyclable decorating materials from home. Cars may be made from cardboard, paper mâché, poster board, construction paper, tissue paper, tape, and glue. No metal materials, please.
Participants will take their cars home after the make day and bring them back for the contest on Thursday, June 18, during Summer Movie on the Green.
Space is limited, and registration is encouraged.
