Join us for a night of elegance and flavor as we bid farewell to 2025! Showcasing new wine releases and old favorites, enjoy an incredible five-course food and wine pairing meticulously curated by Chef Scott Hybbeneth, Chef Don Lopez and the Carboy team.

Ticket includes welcome bubbles, amuse bouche, a five-course food and wine dinner, a complimentary bottle of Grand Blanc de Blanc bubbles to take home, cover charge for The Gold Pan Saloon's NYE afterparty, and built-in gratuity for our amazing staff.
