Helping Mamas Knoxville has received a grant from the TN Highway Safety Office to distribute car seats and BOOSTER SEATS to familes in need.
Children should be riding in a rear facing car seat until age 2. Children should be riding in a car seat or booster seat until they reach 4'9" or age 9.
