What: A Car / Vehicle Showcase and Mini Music Festival
When: Saturday, May 18, 2024 – Noon to 9 p.m.
Where: Worldwide Technology Raceway, 700 Raceway Blvd, Madison, IL 62060
Why: To have fun and to raise awareness of services to Veterans, particularly the work of the Friends of Fisher House St. Louis and the CPL Jacob Madden Foundation.
The Fisher House is a free “home away from home” for Veterans families, when their loved one is getting medical care far from home. The non-profit organization “Friends of Fisher House St. Louis” works to ensure that military and veterans’ family members can be with their loved ones who are receiving medical treatment in St. Louis. We accomplish this by raising money to build and then support ongoing needs of the VA Fisher House at Jefferson Barracks, and considerations for a second Fisher House in St. Louis alongside the John Cochran VA after it is renovated in several years.
“The CPL Jacob Madden Foundation” is a nonprofit organization working to help Veterans who are on the edge of suicide or mental issues get the help that they need.

Cost: Varies from $15 to $25, or $## for a car full of people. Kids aged 15 or less may enter free with their responsible adult.
