Capturing the soundscape

We’ll explore how sound can inspire our way of drawing or painting. How it changes the movement, texture, and patterns of our creative practice. Natural sound from the garden, plus some musical sounds will be played to use as part of our creative palette.

About the facilitator

Rachael is an artist and psychologist. Her group workshops often include practices of mindfulness, and creative expression. This series integrates her deep interest in promoting the benefits of being outdoors, exploring nature through art, and experimenting with creative tools and techniques.

Accessabillity

This workshop will either take place in the garden or library room at the Salisbury centre. Both are wheelchair accessible.

Costing

This is a Salisbury Centre Community Event -atendance is by donation. A suggested donation is between £8-£12. There are some tickets available for free if you are struggling to afford the cost.
