I am turning over command to Captain Tom Chekouras and retiring rom the US Navy. There is free parking at Lower Inception Point along the orange painted curbs and free tram which can take you from the free parking to near the Park Club Ballroom. There is paid parking closer to the event near the Comic Con Museum.
Vice Admiral Brendan McLane is the guest speaker.
Uniform of the Day for military and business casual for civilians.
There will be light refreshments after the ceremony.
