Sunset Hike & Community Circle with CAPS 🌿🌅

Join CAPS Community for an intentional sunset hike at Latta Nature Preserve, guided by CAPS Advisor Rob Hildreth and Founder Kat Shuler. We'll begin by gathering at 6 PM outside the Quest Nature Center parking lot before setting off on a mindful 3-mile journey.

The first half of our hike will be in noble silence, allowing us to connect deeply with nature and ourselves. At our halfway point, we’ll pause to co-create an altar and share in a heart-centered circle, setting intentions for the week ahead. You’re welcome to bring small altar items or gather trinkets along the trail.

From there, we’ll continue together in joyous conversation, making our way to a stunning sunset vista. As the sky ignites with color, we’ll soak in the beauty of nature at dusk, leaving rejuvenated and grounded for the week ahead.
