Each participant will receive a candle to take home—an invitation to revisit this commitment throughout the lunar cycle and beyond. The New Moon Gathering is a gathering of Moon-lovers who want to live life in rhythm with the Moon and Earth's natural cycles.
The New Moon is all about new beginnings, a fresh start and a perfect time to set intentions for the new lunar cycle. It’s a time to draw inwards and connect to our deepest desires and needs. At this gathering you will be guided through an intention setting ceremony and Yin Yoga practice created to help you capture the healing energy of the New Moon.
Yin yoga is a slow practice, focused on stretching the connective tissues deep within the body and cultivating peace through stillness. This practice will help connect your mind, body and soul while bringing you back into alignment with Earth’s natural cycles.
