Capoeira is a Brazilian art form which combines elements of martial arts, dance, music and game.
It’s a great way to meet new people, to have fun, get healthy and learn a little about the Brazilian culture - the language, the music and more!
We’ve been running classes in the North East for over 30 years and are looking for new people to join our community.
Classes are suitable for everyone - regardless of age, experience or fitness level. Absolute beginners are welcome!
Each session costs £7.50. No advance booking necessary, just turn up on the day!
