Join us for a Bird Talk and Walk in celebration of California Biodiversity Week on Sunday, September 6th from 9:30am-10:30am. Discover our feathered friends who live here or stop by for a visit. Meet at 13th and Capitol in the park grounds for a brief talk before we head out in search of birds. Everyone will receive a bird guide. Use your phone to take photos and participate in the iNaturalist Find 30 Species Challenge.
No bird watching experience is necessary. Bring a hat, water bottle, binoculars and a bird book, if you have them available.
Registration is recommended, but not required.
