Looking for a fun goal to work toward this fall? Join Team Rundezvous for the Capital City River Run 5K on Sunday, September 27 at 8:00 AM in downtown Lansing near Impression 5 Science Center!
Whether you're chasing a PR, walking your first 5K, or simply looking for a fun morning with great people, we'd love to have you join us.
Here's what you can expect:
✅ Optional training at Rundezvous leading up to race day
✅ Team photos before the race
✅ Plenty of encouragement and support along the course
✅ Optional breakfast/brunch afterward for anyone who wants to celebrate
No pressure!! Participate as much or as little as you'd like! Train with us all summer, join us occasionally, or simply show up on race day and run or walk with the team.
Families are welcome, too! The event also offers a Kids Race on Saturday for our younger runners.
👟 **Want to join Team Rundezvous?**
1) When registering on runsignup, select **"Yes"** when asked if you'd like to join a Social Team (right under race distance selection).
2) On the next page, choose **"Rundezvous"** from the Social Team dropdown menu. That's it!
Registration is handled directly through the race organizers using the ticket links. The registration fee goes directly to the Capital City River Run (not to Rundezvous).
After registering, RSVP to this event so we know who's joining Team Rundezvous!
