About this Event
Experience an unforgettable evening of classical brilliance as the Cape Symphony’s finest string players take center stage at the Cape Cod Museum of Art.
This intimate brings together four extraordinary musicians — and on violin, on viola, and on cello — for a program that blends timeless elegance, modern innovation, and heartfelt artistry.
🎻 Program Highlights:
- Joseph Haydn — String Quartet in D Major, Op. 76 No. 5 (21’)
- Kareem Roustam — Syrian Folk Songs, Book 1 (13’)
- Dmitri Shostakovich — String Quartet No. 8 in C Minor, Op. 110 (24’)
Each piece weaves its own story — from Haydn’s radiant optimism and Roustam’s evocative Middle Eastern melodies to Shostakovich’s haunting depth.
