Canyon Estates RS Health Evening

Exercise Physiologist Kim Walker is coming to talk to us about Osteopenia, Osteoporosis, balance, and fall prevention, etc. Kim works with patients at Huntsman Cancer Center who lose bone density due to chemotherapy, so she’s knowledgeable about the topic and shares info on things we can do now to keep our bones strong, as well as ways to regain bone strength.
