Experience capoeira: an art in which the body moves to the rhythms of music, ritual, and history within a practice of Afro-Brazilian cultural heritage. This workshop is led with the combined experience of capoeira leaders: Mestra Bel from Recife, Brazil; Contramestra Cristina from Santiago de Compostela Spain; and Contramestra Joyce from Birmingham, UK. The experience will touch on some of the diversity of capoeira, open to anyone who wishes to learn about and be part of this art form, which today is forming communities around the world.

A vivência apresentará fragmentos da diversidade da capoeira, como um convite para quem quiser conhecer e se entregar nas dimensões dessa arte, que hoje forma comunidades no mundo.
