Canning & Harvest

Angie Hoxie of Sweet River Farm will walk us through the canning process and talk about the whole process of water bath canning. We will discuss the different types of foods that can be water bath canned and what should not. We will address concerns about food safety and the fear people have around canning. We will also talk about other ways to gather and preserve your harvest as the season to preserve comes along!
