CandyLand Summer Camp

Candyland Camp is a wildly creative, hands-on art experience where kids step into a colorful world of imagination, design, and candy-inspired making. This is our 4th year offering Candyland Camp, and it is consistently one of our fastest booking camps each summer. Spots fill quickly, so early registration is highly recommended.
This is a drop-in style camp for ages 6–11, where each day features a complete candy-inspired art experience. Campers can join for one day or multiple days, with each session offering a unique project that stands on its own.
Each day also includes a special “field trip” experience to McCord Candies, our local candy shop, where campers explore, observe, and gather inspiration from a real-world sweet shop environment. Campers will also enjoy prizes and small giveaways throughout the week to add to the fun and excitement.
🍭 Daily Themes
Monday: Candy Creations + Board Game Design 🍬
Campers kick off the week by designing their own candy-themed board games. They will create game boards, rules, pieces, and candy-inspired challenges using drawing, design, and mixed media techniques.
Tuesday: Candy Sculpture Studio 🍫
Campers will build imaginative candy sculptures using clay, cardboard, and paper-based materials. They will explore structure, form, and playful design while creating 3D candy worlds, characters, and environments.
Wednesday: Candy Painting Studio 🎨
Campers dive into vibrant painting techniques to create candy-inspired artwork. From candy landscapes to bold, colorful designs, they will experiment with color mixing, brushwork, and expressive painting styles.
Thursday: Sensory Candy Lab 🍭
Campers will create custom sensory materials inspired by candy, including slime and dough-style creations. They will explore texture, color blending, and sensory design through hands-on experimentation.
Friday: Candy Factory World Build 🍫
Campers will design and build their own imaginative candy factory world inspired by large-scale storytelling and playful design. They will combine ideas from earlier in the week into one final creative environment full of detail and imagination.
