Join Wood & Water Yoga for a gentle, four-week journey held in the soft glow of candlelight. This series is designed to soothe the nervous system and ground the spirit as we move from the deep freeze into the spring thaw.This is a Karma Series dedicated to Spirits Place Cat Rescue. All proceeds (beyond site fees) will benefit their mission to care for cats in need. Come move with intention and support a great cause!
The Weekly Journey
Each session focuses on a different element of the seasonal transition:
Mar 9: The Thaw (Softening Resistance)
Mar 16: Deep Roots, Rising Sap (Vitality)
Mar 23: The Vernal Equinox (Balance)
Mar 30: Series Integration
