Our slow-paced Candlelit Yin Yoga class at The Yoga Tree, Stirling is an invitation to pause amidst the busyness of the festive season. Expect long, gentle stretches, stillness and moments of deep relaxation in a peaceful, cosy atmosphere. ✨
