✨ Stretch the Body and Soothe the Mind for Strathcarron✨
💫Join us for a relaxing evening of Yin Yoga by candle light. Yin yoga is a floor based, meditative practice focusing on long-held stretches and deep relaxation — an invitation to slow down and find stillness amid the busyness of the season.
💫All proceeds from the class will go directly to Strathcarron Hospice, helping them continue their incredible work providing care, comfort, and support for individuals and families across our community.
🧘 Class is suitable for all levels. Just bring your mat and a cozy blanket to class or join us from the comfort of your own home. Class will also be recorded so you can join us anytime.
