Come unwind in a slow and deeply nourishing candlelit Yin + Restore yoga practice with immersive Sound Healing, with Elizabeth Shelhart and Sara Sound Garden.Elizabeth will guide the gentle and meditative yoga while weaving in breathing practices for nervous system regulation and softening. Allow yourself to settle into stillness through long-held poses and ride the waves of sensation with mindfulness.
Throughout the experience, Sara Sound Garden will guide us deeper into our hearts and bodies through a curated sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, flute, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments.
This fusion of gentle yoga, meditation, and sound creates a supportive space for a full body, mind, and heart reset.
