Join Kimbrena for a special candlelit yoga class to honor the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year and the turning point where we welcome the gradual return of light.
This slow-paced, grounding class is open to all fitness levels and invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of the season.

We’ll begin with gentle reflection, exploring what the solstice represents: a balance of light and darkness, an opportunity to release what no longer serves us, and a chance to honor both the struggles and the growth we've experienced this year.

Through guided introspection, we’ll focus on letting go of past habits, thoughts, or energy that weighs us down.
Moving into a calming yoga flow, the soft glow of candles will guide us through grounding poses, connecting body and mind with the quiet energy of winter. This practice will center on creating space—physically and mentally—for new possibilities.

We’ll close the class with a moment of stillness and intention-setting, welcoming the light of the new season and envisioning the year ahead with hope and purpose as well as a beautiful soundbowl soundbath meditation is Dominee's schedule allows. (Will update as soon as we know!)
